CK Recruitment once again had the privilege of participating in and sponsoring the 2019 Local Government Procurement (LPG) Conference last week (24th-25th October) at Doltone House – Darling Island.
This year’s conference encouraged a practical approach to identifying dynamic supply chains within Local Government. Therefore, as an approved LPG supplier and exhibitor on the day, the conference allowed CK Recruitment team members, Chris and Michaela (pictured below) to network with numerous procurement professionals and local councils across NSW and the private sector. All the while allowing CK Recruitment to showcase our services as well as demonstrate how we can streamline recruitment processes to add greater value to our local government clients.
Not to mention all the hardworking LGP staff, that without their dedication and hard work it would not have been possible. It’s was an absolute pleasure to work with such a great organisation like LGP who successfully delivered an inspiring day for further education and networking. A special mention must also go to Selina from LGP who went the ‘extra mile’ creating a personal touch in the form of 150+ drink charms that were used at networking drinks and conference dinner.
Lastly, we would like to extend our congratulations to Noel from Boral who won our Business Card Draw. Noel walked away with an amazing Local and Co. hamper and a $300 charitable donation to his chosen charity – Relay for Life.
